A Special Care Neighborhood, devoted solely to residents with memory impairment problems, provides a supportive and secure environment with a focus on activities that benefit the residents who live there. An interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists assesses each resident’s abilities and develops a care plan that reflects the unique needs of that individual. Interaction with other residents and staff is encouraged and monitored at all times. A tour of the dementia unit can be arranged at your convenience.
