CNA Career Ladder CNAs can be recommended to complete this program with 3 courses that are each 8 weeks long.
Upon completion of the first course, the CNA will receive $75.00 per quarter.
Upon completion of the second course, the CNA will receive $150.00 per quarter.
Upon completion of the third course, the CNA will receive $250.00 per quarter.
The amount is not included in base wages and enables the CNA to earn up to $1000 extra income.
